    • Responsible for administration and documentation of the Service Now platform:
    1.   Ensure new information is integrated into Service Now accurately and efficiently.
    2.   Ensure existing information in Service Now is maintained accurately and efficiently.
    3.   Setup or provide reports from Service Now.
    • Knowledgeable and able to perform troubleshooting on SNMP & network connectivity.
    • Test & analyse & assist in integrating business requirements into Service Now with minimal instructions (think out of the box)
    • To act as a in-house Service Now  consultant to stakeholders
    • Escalation along agreed lines to ensure visibility of potential and existing issues
    • Ensure all policies, procedures and work instructions are followed in the interests of customer satisfaction and Logicalis’ contractual obligations
    • Manage communications between internal and external groups
    • Assist in the creation and refinement of      any processes required to complete requests and other projects in the most efficient and effective manner (process improvements)
    • Administer the availability of functions within Service Now


    Secondary responsibility:

    • Assist in Transition tasks when required
    • Utilise Java Scripting to deliver solutions into Service Now that automate and audit business processes when required (e.g. Service Now’s auto actions)
    • Provide basic troubleshooting support on functionalities/services within Service Now

    Bachelor degree in IT

    ITIL certification

    Service Now Admin Certification

    Advanced knowledge in MS Excel

    Experienced in Java Scripting

    Good working knowledge of networking & management/monitoring systems (any NMS tools)

    Exposure to Cisco SNMP/ICMP monitoring configurations and understanding of basic LAN/WAN technologies


    Skills Required (Mandatory):


    • Experienced in Service Now as an administrator
    • Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written

    • Skilled in MS Excel
    • Attention to detail
    • High regards for the punctual completion of tasks
    • Able to work alone and also in a team environment

    • Ability for directing / suggesting change
    • Basic ITIL fundamentals
    • Ability to embrace FISH! Principals within the workplace
